One of Thomas Nelson & Sons's Chromo-view Guide Books, astaple of this successful English color printing publisher. Nelson used an unusual chromolithographic transfer process, similar to the Baxter Method but using stones for the actual printing as opposed to wood blocks. Both used oil paints for the images. The stone process allowed Nelson to print exceptionally bright blue skys. This is a fine copy.
