This handsome pictorial bookbinding on glazed, yellow paper over boards, printed in gold, blue green and black, was designed by Owen Jones.  There is some slight discoloration to the covers, slightly more that the copy photographed in Ruari McLean's Victorian Book Design and Colour Printing, but still comparable.  Overall a very desirable copy of a scarce book.  With the bookplates of Alfred Sutro and J.O. Smeltham.
