While Moisy's plates deliniating Paris's fountains were issued separately, this is the rare first edition of the plates with Duval's excellent text.  There are no copies cited by OCLC.  Most of the fountains were constructed from the reign of Louis XIV to the revolution and include the Luxembourg Gardens' grotto.  A very good, uncut copy in a sympathetic later binding.
